Corrections
Some of what is in the book will not survive. When a reader or a cited author shows me a line is wrong about the evidence, the change is recorded here with the date, made on Every source, graded, and carried into the next printing. Copies already printed cannot be changed.
The record
Nothing yet. The book publishes in October 2026, and this page starts on the day it does. Each entry will give the page, what the book said, what it says now, and why, in that order, with the date of the change. Where a correction came from a named person, it is credited only in wording they have seen.
What already changed
Between July and September 2026 the manuscript went through ten external reviews and repeated blind proofreads, and more than thirty researchers and clinicians were asked whether their own work is cited fairly. Every finding was checked against the text and either applied or declined with a reason. Those changes will be in the book as published rather than listed here; the record starts at publication.
How to send one
Write to [email protected] with the page number, or the line’s address on Every source, graded, and what is wrong with it. A single corrected line is worth sending. Where you are right about the evidence, the book changes; where you and I simply differ, I will say so rather than pretend agreement.
